We accept returns and exchanges for Avananda products that have not been used, still have the original tags attached, and are in a packaged condition. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to return or exchange your product. You can contact us at info@avananda.com. Please do not return your order without contacting us first.
Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels for orders.
Due to the personal nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been washed, used, or are missing the original tags.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Defects & Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged. Also, please let us know if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Order
Mistakes can happen. If you have placed an incorrect order, please inform us immediately via the provided email address so that we can rectify the issue and send you the correct order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@avananda.com with your name and order number. You are responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping of your items. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or signature confirmation for your return. Write your order number on the return label, affix it to the package, and take it to the appropriate postal service.
Please make note of your return label’s order number before sending back your package. Without your order number, the return process may be delayed.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect your items and arrange for a refund or exchange if your return meets all the criteria mentioned above. If your product has been used, is no longer in its original packaging, or is missing the original tag, we cannot process your refund or exchange. This requirement does not apply to products returned due to defects or damages.
Once the evaluation of the returned product is complete, we will contact you to inform you that your return or exchange has been accepted. A refund will be issued to the payment method you used. In the case of an exchange, a replacement product will be sent to you within 10 business days.
Please note that processing refunds after acceptance may take up to 10 business days, and it may take up to 15 days for your refund to be credited. The duration depends on your payment provider. If your refund takes longer, please contact your bank to resolve the issue.
Refunds for Lost & Delayed Packages
We offer refunds to customers whose addresses are deemed undeliverable or whose packages are lost during transit. Due to the current high delivery demand, please allow a minimum of 14 business days for your package to arrive. Postal services worldwide are working diligently to ensure that packages arrive on time. However, significant delays may still occur.
